Important info

Heatwave: in view of the high temperatures expected this week (38°C in Bordeaux!), water fountains will be available on the premises of GDR meetings, but there will be no disposable cups, so we ask you to bring a flask or eco-cup.

Oral presentations: presentations should last 12 minutes, leaving 2 minutes for questions (and 1 minute for speaker changeover). Files (PPTX or PDF) must be sent to the organizers no later than the morning before the opening of the first session.

Posters: posters will be displayed on vertical grids. The format is standard A0 (84×119 cm, vertical).

Program: the days will start on Tuesdaus July 1 at 8:30 am (so that participants can make the journey the day before, on Monday June 30). The GDR PES general assembly will take place on Wednesday afternoon, July 2, before the gala dinner. The closing ceremony will take place late afternoon on Thursday, July 3, and those who wish to do so can stay for the public debate, which will take place from 6 to 8 pm in the city, at Bordeaux's Mériadeck media library.

• Closing on April 4^th, 2025 Extension until April 11^th at midnight !

• Opening on Mach 6^th, 2025
• Closing on June 16^th, 2025
