Important info

Program: the days will start on Tuesdaus July 1 at 8:30 am (so that participants can make the journey the day before, on Monday June 30). The GDR PES general assembly will take place on Wednesday afternoon, July 2, before the gala dinner. The closing ceremony will take place late afternoon on Thursday, July 3, and those who wish to do so can stay for the public debate, which will take place from 6 to 8 pm in the city, at Bordeaux's Mériadeck media library. 

Abstract submissions: 

• Opening on February 24^th, 2025
• Closing on April 4^th, 2025 Extension until April 11^th at midnight !

• Opening on Mach 6^th, 2025
• Closing on June 16^th, 2025
  

Fees* :

• €50 Student (thesis or master)
• €120 Academia (postdoc or permanent staff)
• €550 Industry (or €1100 with a booth) 

Gala dinner (in option) :

• €25 Student (thesis or master)
• €30 Academia (postdoc or permanent staff)
